I am shocked that I only gained .4.....I went and binge ate this week...BAD. I need to refocus so this tiny gain, doesn't turn into a mountain. Hubby is home! yaaaay!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

It's amazing how we can binge sometimes with little damage on the scales and other times only eat a little something extra and be paying for it for days. Great job dodging any big weight gain. I'm confident you'll burn that little bitty gain off in a jiffy!

it's probably just water weight, if you increase your water this week it will be ancient history before you know it.

I'm happy your husband is home that will make happy. You sound like you are doing great staying focused even after a bad week. I think thats what I need to do not give up and keep going on my diet like you are. Have a great week. DD

.4 is NOTHING!!!!! You are allowed to have tough weeks. Greg is home now and you guys can support each other. You are doing so amazing overall and have lost so much weight since you started FS and are an inspiration for so many people Don't get down yourself. Monday is the start of a new week!

Does hubby go away often? If so, plan what you'll do w/your time when he's away so that you'll stay away from snacking. My hubby will be arrive tomorrow (Wed) after being away for 1 1/2 weeks. =) Hopefully, you're back on track! Completeing this week's Cruise to loose challenge exercises will get you back down in no time! Good luck and let me know if you need exercise support! Go Greenies!
