Day 43 (Week 6): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

GOOOOOOOOD MOOOORNING, Everyone! Wishing all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples an absolutely wonderful day!!!

So wow!! i noticed my first "real" difference since starting my journey!!!! Last night in my yoga class, I was able to do some moves that were totally impossible before. A couple poses where you have to "reach around' a leg to grab an ankle kind of the that I just simply could not reach before, I would have to grab my pant leg or grab a strap..... I was SOOOOO excited I had no idea I had made THAT much of a difference already!!!!

Sima's bouncing again....BOUNCE, BOUNCE, BOUNCE!!

Old Man Scale had another nice surprise for me this morning!!! Down another 1/2lb!!! Weeeeeee!

All the kind words of thanks both on my journal and in private message I truly appreciated. Makes me feel good! This site is just amazing with all the positivity flowing! They say to surround yourself with positive people and you will attract more positive, so very true!!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 3.5, 3.5!!! from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!)
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 15 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h!)
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain wait, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (can almost taste it!) then 240 then on down, down down!

It's the little things that really make your day. That's awesome that you're already starting to see real world benefits, and there will be even more to come!

I've lost my mind....I just bought a Wii AND a Wii Fit. Can I afford that? No. Did I buy it anyway because I'm dying to use it? Yes. I'm going to reason with myself that I'm saving SO MUCH money by not going out to eat, right?

That and it really can rteplace a gym membership for now. Which would be MUCHO more expensive!
