Hi, I'm Catherine, but you can also call me Cat. I'm 27 years old and live in central Arkansas. I work in customer support for a major international aviation company. I love to travel, read, hang out with my friends, and I've recently started cooking and baking a lot. I'm a Democrat, wine drinker, dog owner, movie lover.

I have been overweight since the third grade. I have only lost a significant amount of weight once; I lost 40 pounds in 2004. I want to lose 100 pounds by my birthday next year, and a total of 150 by the summer of 2010. I will be 30 in 2010, and I do not want to enter my 30's as a fat, unhealthy person. Also, my best friend is getting married in October of 2009...looking great in a bridesmaids dress couldn't hurt. :)

199 - I can't remember the last time I was under 200 pounds
185 - down 100 pounds
171 - 40% of starting body weight lost
160 - down 125 pounds
142 - 50% of starting body weight lost
135 - goal weight!

Have you been able to find any other wing restaurant listings? In my area we have a chain called Wingstop. Maybe you can find something listed that is just similar. I know it's not as reassuring as knowing exactly how many points you're eating, but it's the best that I can think of. Good luck!

So many different options! PLEASE HELP!
I am just starting to work out but I read up on this stuff A LOT. It's definitely good to mix it up, you're keeping yourself from getting bored and you're working out different muscle groups.

When your job is to sit ALL DAY
I have a job where I sit all day. I get up a couple of times in the morning and a few times in the afternoon to just walk around a little bit...but I know you can't do that at every job. Maybe try to eat a quick lunch and then walk for the rest of your lunch hour? Not intense exercise where you'll be hot and sweaty the rest of the day, but even just slow easy walking is better than sitting.
