Day 44 (Week 6): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
GOOOOOOOOD MOOOORNING, Everyone! Wishing all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples an absolutely wonderful day!!!
So I am entering a journal because it is a good habit even though I am not recording a weight today. I was only .5 up so not worried but meh I don't REALLY need to weigh in every day so we might try weaning me off Old Man Scales Charms slowly ;)
I did a 20 minute (appx 1 mile) walk at lunch yesterday as well as 20 minutes of balance games on the Wii Fit Last night. The blasted machine thinks my balance is REALLY off so I have been actively working on that and I will tell you even though it is only a week I noticed better balance in yoga too. I had not mentioned yesterday because the bit about reaching my ankles and around my thighs was more exciting at the time :) (oh gawd here we go again with the comments!)
Today I have Silpada party at my house at 3:00 with a Halloween theme so I have been decorating and baking healthy treats today. Still have more to do after I jump off here.
Tonight after my guests leave I think I will do some aerobic work and yoga as well as balance on the Wii. I SHOULD do strength training too...I am a little intimidated by those silly push-ups/side planks. I was able to do all the rest so I need to stop avoiding that section!!
Wow I was just realizing that it has been over a month and a half since I joined FS and exactly two since I started and I have lost 18lbs!!! That SO rocks! I can stay healthy and almost keep up that pace to be in the 2lbs/wk range!
I was not bouncing before but now I am!! Hehe
Where's that rum punch AmryK? 'Tis time to toast the beginning of the cruise!

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 3.5, 3.5!!! from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!) Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h!) Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays!
