Been working hard and not over eaten and still no weight loss :(
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your looking at your weigh loss in a day to day capacity. You have lost 3lbs in one week, that is pretty great. Many people just lose a pound or two a week and that's great also. As long as it keeps coming off. It takes a lot of patience and persistence to get the weight off. Just keep going.

You call 3 pounds in 5 days no weight loss? You've lost 12.5 pounds in 12 days. Wow! Any faster and you'd be melting. Stick with it. That's a lot. And, just for the record, I wouldn't go under 1200 calories very often. When you do, your metabolism usually slows down and your weight loss usually slows down as well. If you give an occasional shout out, you will usually get a lot of support on here.

Thanks guys, I think because I lost a few pounds the first couple of weeks then in started to slow down I just get impatient and dont look at the "big" picture, so thanks for the encouragement.
