Well Ive been away from Fatsecret since 8th Feb 2010 and the weight started to pile back on, a total of 22lbs!! and I wasnt even at my goal weight then. So enough is enough and Im taking control again.

I love the new app for my phone so no excuses! Goal weight here I come.

Hello all

Im from uk too, but Scotland does that count!
I had been using this app last year and lost loads of weight but stop using it in Feb this year and have gain 22lbs since then so back on board and need some help to keep motivated. I found it really hard last time finding uk buddies, so this forum would be great.
