Not quite finished with my nine day push, but I'm down 2.7 pounds! I'm so excited! This weekend, I got together with a bunch of my girlfriends and had pedicures, went to dinner, and watched the movie "The Women" I think I liked the original movie better, but it was really nice having a night out.

This was the only time I've cheated this week. I had a half of a crabcake sandwich with a spinach salad, w/o dressing. I didn't have any popcorn at the movies, but I had a Cape Cod before dinner.
221.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week

Artistgrl you "Do You", You deserve it. I'm right behind you with the pedi and I'm due for eyebrow waxing. Will chuckle while I'm being pampered. :)

Go girl! You're on a roll!! Hope I can match your 2.7 next week. Got sick this week and the chicken soup must have had lots of calories. Actually, I didn't get any exercise, except coughing and running to the bathroom, yuk! So glad your so motivated. I think it contageous, I have more energy already!!!

Great news about the weight loss! Way to go! I didn't even know that The Women was a remake. Seeing more than one version or reading the book before you see the movie most often proves to be disappointing somehow, though. But at least you had a fun girls' night out!

The Women was orignally done in the 30's and had Joan Crawford. It was really edgy for it's day!
