I just turned 26 on December 15th, and I know that losing weight won't get any easier from here on out. I made it my goal to lose weight, so my husband and I can start a family. I also have a connective tissue disorder called ehler's danlos syndrome, and I think getting my muscles stronger will help them take over where my connective tissue is lacking.
I've always been a big girl. I was born over a month early and still weighed nearly 9 pounds! So, I don't expect to ever fit into a size 0 (even though that's my sister's size), nor would I want to. I just want to become as healthy as possible, have more energy, and get the most out of my life!

I've decided to make my goals every 20 pounds, that way it doesn't feel so out of reach, and I feel like I'm making real progress. Lets see how that works!
