i feel like i am tottaly letting all my teams down dure to whats going on in my life any way i will try to do better i love you all so much love to all shelly.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've got it in you Shell... you just gotta look deep and tell yourself that "this is it" and teach your body that YOU control what it gets!! Tell that tummy to hush, it's only gonna get what your brain says it's gonna get.... and that's healthy food. Have you tried getting over a craving by drinking a tall glass of water and check the clock, wait twenty minutes and see if you're "truely" hungry?? It sounds T-totally DUMB, but it works!!

I agree, don't worry about us- it's you that matters. This is just a fun thing to get us motivated. Low carb you should not leave you starving. You may need to get out of that Weight Watchers frame of mind and learn a few low carb tricks to keep you on top of your game. Please write in your food diary- it would help you and your team(s) to help you. That is why we are in teams and not doing this alone. :)

I noticed that you're eating low carb and taking part in the low carb challenge. I'm guessing this is maybe Atkins based -- but if the case and you're only eating up to WW points, then that could be why you're hungry? The only reason I'm saying that is that I've noticed looking in the food diary's of those that do Atkins that they eat way higher points than WW would allow. So perhaps something to check out maybe? Good luck!

MoonLite is right. I measured my WW points on the diet calendar here just for fun and I was going way over but staying under my carbs. Count one or the other, girl or you'll get way burned out.
