well hello all i know it has been a while since i have up dated well any ways things are alittle better with rod he is improveing alittle more every day. also my diet is some what ok i have not hardly had any christmas candy wich is absolutely wonderful. and also i am so ready for the holidays to be over and th start 2009 because as most of you know 2008 was a god awful year for us and i have not worked in 3 weeks so we have very little money comeing in but i know we are not the only one going through the same problem 1000s of peopl are looseing there jobs on a daily basis any way have a wonderful day loveto all shelly.

well all i am truely sorry my life is so crazy but i am working and i am tired too. but on the up side i am not eatting no where as much as i have been so that part is soo good i hope you all have a wonderful season in thanksgiving i hope you have an awsome month and a white christmas i know im early but oh well i hope you all have an awsome day love shelly

well hi all i know it has been a real rollercoaster i finally found some time to up date i will be buy your sites probabbly on thursday to read yours you all have been totaly awsome so what has been going on in your lives me its the usual i am takeing care of my hubby good news we were given the yes for rods long term disability we havnt gotten the check yet it will be deposited into our account some time this week i would presume cause we found out friday so who knows any way hope this finds you all well and remeber to smell the roses of life love to all shelly.

hay all i promised you i would try to update as much as i could in 1 week so here is my update i am trying to cut out as much junk food as i can but lately i have been eating on the run like when i take my hubby to the drs i take soda and a peice of fruit i know it should be water but any way i am makeing small changes and small changes add up to be big ones in the future any way i am ok hubby could be doing better but he isnt any way i love you all so much love shelly
