sorry to report yet another week of zero weight loss. for all the exercise i am doing i thought i would be rewarded with at least 3lbs. definitely look more toned but im always guided by the scales.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you taken your measurements yet? When weight loss doesn't seem to be matching your efforts, it is helpful to take your measurement because there is often a decrease in inches even when there is no downward movement on the scales. Also, if you notice your clothes fit better, that is another indicator that you can take pride in. Just keep up the exercise and healthy eating and the scale will have to surrender sooner or later!

That exercise is certain to have done you a lot of good. There are things just as important as weight loss when it comes to health. Keep up the good work and that scale will come down in due time. :-)

You've been doing so much exercise, I'm sure you must be seeing a big difference in your measurements, even if it's not showing on the scales. I know it's hard when the numbers don't move when you deserve them too - I'm sure you'll get your hard-earned and overdue loss soon! :)

Don't forget that when you work out you may be losing fat and gaing muscle. All that matters is dress size ;)
