OK - that's more like it! With the way my weight has been fluctuating this week, I'm not going to get too excited, just in case it goes back up again tomorrow, but at least I finally reached my mini-goal weight of 11 stone, and only a couple of days after Easter!! I am going to book in my reward facial now, for Monday - then I've got time to cancel it if this new lower weight doesn't hold!

So, I stuck to my diet plan 100% again yesterday. I had a "high" day for calories, targeting around 1,570 - it felt like I was eating all day, which was great!! To meet this week's ATW mini-challenge, I made a big fruit salad of kiwi fruit, strawberries and grapes - yum!

I also stuck 100% to my exercise plan, completing the full 30 minute dance workout and both 10 minute toning workouts from Rosemary Conley's Shape Up and Salsacise DVDs. I had vaguely planned to try to do a bit of yoga in the evening as well, but I studied all evening instead, which with only 2.5 weeks left until the exam I needed to do!!

It's another "low" day for calories today, with a target of only 1,280, so I'm going to take it a bit easier on the exercise front today. I don't want a repeat of the gain following Tuesday's record-breaking calorie deficit!

Right, must get on with some studying now. I have another day at home to work, so I must set too and concentrate on it today. Too much Fatsecreting lately - it's great for my weight loss, but not so good for my career!! ;)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Daily fluctuations are a nightmare aren't they, but so glad to hear that you've reached your mini-goal. Fantastic work... so you look forward to that facial on Monday, as you deserve it! ;o) I do something similar to your high and lower calories, except with WW it's higher and lower points. Seems to work though so keep it up. :o)

Thanks everyone - it was such a relief to see the scales moving in the right direction!! There will definitely be a before/after photo when I get to my final goal, KellyBo! I did one at the mid-point, wearing the exact same outfit, and I've kept the outfit to do a final after photo for comparison - should be interesting, and I can't wait!!! :D
