Eggs, Eggs, Eggs!!!!

I'm sick of them....I need to find something else to alternate them with....just the smell of them is making me sick. I'm trying to be strong AND honest....I'm sticking with this routine but I have to vent to get through it.

294.0 lb Lost so far: 49.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

You can buy lowcarb pancake mix. depending on which one you buy. But the one I can is 2 grams per pancake. they're pretty thin but really tasty and you can get no carb surup. Thats what I switch with also I buy the atkins shakes from target. 1 net carb per drink. hope that helps.

Bacon with or without low carb bread -- 5 carbs on the bread.

Yeah the bacon I can do...pancakes...I wish I had time to make them, weekends I guess. I need a personal chef, personal trainer, personal clothes picker-outter, personal grocery shopper, personal boot camp style get-out-of-bedder, but best of all I need someone to stand behind me and yell as I speed walk down the street, at the gym or jump rope in front of the tv....uggggg! Anyone for hire????

I make cream cheese pancakes that are great. I got the recipe on sugarfreesheila.com it is a great site and motivational. When I get tired of eggs I just have bacon and some cottage cheese or leftover veggies for breakfast. Good luck!

Jimmie Dean has some pre-cooked sausage patties that are easy and fast in the mornings. My Dad hides the eggs under ALOT of picante sauce. If you have the time the cheesecake "pancakes" are good.
