End of week 7 of medifast. Did not meet my goal of 360, but came pretty darn close at 361.6...almost 29 pounds lost. My goal for next week is to weigh 357 by next Fridays official weigh in! I have not been in the 350's since last year around february. So, this will be a great milestone and goal for me. Again, my mini goal is to be down to 325 by my birthday on June 12 of this year! I can do this. I must do this! I don't think I have been in my 320s since I was like 19 or 20...I will be 24 this year.
