Frustrated today. Other than using flex points on Monday, I have stayed within my points this week and exercised everyday and the scale this morning was up 2lbs from my Sunday WI. What is up with that!?!? I wanted to just go and get some comfort food for lunch, but I'll eat my salad I brought to work and stick to the program for the week and hope Sunday's WI brings a loss!

Don't give up. If I gave up every time that happened to me I would have never gotten anywhere. It takes time to lose weight.

I noticed your sodium is very high and your drinking a lot of water. Perhaps you are retaining?

I may be retaining. Where do you see the sodium level? I ususally retain a lot before TOM, but that shouldn't be for a couple more weeks. I do need to have patience, I have spent the better part of this year yo yoing because I haven't seen instant results. I lost my 30 lbs. of pregnancy weight within 8 weeks of having my daughter and expected the rest to fall off like that. She turned a year on 10/24:) Your weight loss is so inspiring! Congratulations!

Sounds like water from too much sodium. Drink some extra water and eat some extra protein the next couple of days and hopefully you will be surprised on Sunday.
