I am a 36 year old mother of two wonderful kids. I'm lucky enough to be married to my best friend (15 years). I've made pension administration a career and work full time and also sell Avon part time. I'm super busy all the time, lol, so I find it hard to squeeze in workouts. I am trying to eat more healthy, lose some fat, and tone up. My ultimate goal is to be more healthy and set a good example for my kids!

The rational and scientific weight loss discussion thread
I've gotten into a good exercise routine and have built some muscle and strength up, so now I need to adjust what I'm eating to increase fat loss so you can see those nice muscles. My question is, I always seem to lose a lot in my boobs, I want the fat to come off my belly, hips and thighs! Since I know I can't spot lose fat, what are good exercises to increase chest muscles to at least perk up what will be left of the girls. I know push ups and I've been doing some chest flies with weights that seem to work those muscles. Any other suggestions?

I am thankful for my hubby who is also my best friend and my two wonderful kids. They make each day worth getting up and doing!!

"The scales LIE" -or- "You can't fool mother nature"
Guilty! This is why I am going to stay off the scale for a month to see how I feel after eating right and wrong rather than letting the scale tell me it was ok that I ate all those cookies and 2 days later the cookies really show up and I'm like WTH I had a salad and fruit yesterday. My MIL has always said what you're eating today will show up in 2 days and that's so right!

I can't find a Challenge I created! Please help.
This happened to me yesterday, I was able to find it through the URL and access it that way. That is how all the members of my challenge have had to access it as well. It doesn't show up under My Challenges or the list of Challenges available, however it's there if I click the URL. I contacted FS Tech support, but they had no answer as to why I couldn't see it.
