Weighed in yesterday and basically maintained, which is good, better than a gain! I am setting some goals/challenges up for myself for the month of November. 1) limit soda to 3 per week! 2) eat within my points range (using flex points if necessary) 3) keep the scale going down rather than up, down, up, down! 4) exercise at least 4 times per week!
Would like to lose 5 lbs this month. That would take me to my prepregnancy baby #1 weight, halfway to my goal!
