Day 37 - weigh in 232.2
Up a little since Ms Hyde was visiting last night. Fortunately, I had to take 2 Benadryl which kicked in so there wasn't too much damage done. Drank 64 fl oz water before bedtime. Seem to be a bit dehydrated. Mixed juice of 1 lemon, 33fl oz tap water, and a pinch of Himalayan Salt (about two pieces of unground) and shook it up. Downed two of them in not time flat. Felt more hydrated this morning. So I brought one to work with me, and could drink it before lunch. (As I down some now - tastes the tiniest bit like lemon/lime gatorade, without the sugar.)I will be volunteering tonight at Pawmetto Pets and will probably need it, particularly if I walk dogs outside in the sunshine and humidity.

*I've non-renewed my subscription to Shakeology. A little sad, but I know I can do all things through Christ, and I can lose this weight, with Christ's strength, without Shakeology. I may renew my subscription later, we'll see.

My accountability groups on FB are down to one and I will continue with FS. I've got an excellent support system - people who really want to see me succeed (along with myself). So we're good.

Tonight - like I said - volunteering, which usually wears my butt out! I still find my exercise calendar staring at me, luring me in with promises of grandeur. So, we'll see.

During lunchtime I will incorporate some exercise in. Starting with squats - takes no equipment - I can shut my door and get it done. I don't want to have to print yet another piece of promise-I'll-do-this-workout-if-I-print-it-and-take-it-home-and-it-never-happens. Does anyone else do this too?

Okay, today is a good day. Water will be drank, exercise of some sort will be done, and a smile or two or five may occur.

Let's make this more interactive - answer this question: How is your day?

I've never done Skakeology. Too expensive for me. But, if you're looking for a lower cost alternative for protein shakes, Swanson Nutrition makes a whey protein that is tasty, relatively affordable and does not have many carbs at all. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk and whatever fruit of the day...or PB2, almond milk and a banana. Oh, and my day has been great. Thanks for asking!

Thanks 2ManyCurves - I've ordered the Swanson Nutrition shakes through Amazon. My husband also recommends Raw Meal - I've mixed one scoop with 1 c unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk), 2 strawberries and 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries - blend with magic bullet or blender and it is yummy. Just with Raw Meal, you need to drink it fairly quickly, else you could lay brick with it. :)
