I completed 1 day without cookies, candy or cake.. or donuts.. or pop tarts.. I figured those fell in the cookie category. Today?? I WANT A FREAKING COOKIE! But I haven't eaten one. :) I've got this.

If I can get through today then I should be able to take the rest of the challenge with ease. Last night I think little man had his first nightmare. Poor little guy. Woke up screaming like someone was trying to kill him then he refused to go back to bed so we snuggled on the couch and watched tv till we both dozed. I'm exhausted. I think they should allow nap times at work like they did in preschool. Heck I'll bring my own nap mat. Bonus.. I'm tired and I haven't turned to sugar for an energy boost and it's 2pm already. Granted.. I haven't gotten squat done but it's friday. Speaking of squats I skipped the gym. I'm going to attempt toddler resistance on the elliptical technique tonight. Or.. we may all go for a walk in the pastures and pick up all the garbage that accumumlated there over the winter. Bending and picking up garbage with a basketball for a stomach has to add some serious calorie burning to the task. Plus.. garbage in hay bales just isn't good for a cow.

Good for you! You do have this. NO COOKIES!! Poor kid, those nightmares are no fun. I'm with you on napping at work. One of the girls here has gone out to her car and snoozed on her lunch break or taken 15 min. cat naps, but I'd never wake up, I need a siesta. I think your walk outside picking up garbage, sounds like a great idea. It will get both you and your little man worn out for bedtime and maybe you'll get some good sleep. :)

A whole day! Congratulations. You do have this! Me, not so easy. :( Sorry the little guy had a nightmare. Luckily it is the weekend and we can sleep in tomorrow right?

YAY you! Yep, have some water and you'll get your energy boost. Best day of your challenge, right! I think picking up garbage and protecting the moo's trumps a gym any day of the week.
