Did a little grocery shopping at lunch. . .apples, oranges, asparagus, spinach, lettuce, etc. all healthy stuff, than grabbed Wendy's on my way back to work! Damn! I can still have the healthy stuff for supper and stay under my calories, but I already went over my sodium for the day. One meal at a time, one meal at a time.

I've done that before too. You go shopping and buy that good stuff, then for some reason you want that quick drive thru that's not good for you. You're right though, one meal at a time. You can't beat yourself up over what's already done.

I've done that too. My only problem is if I try to do something light for dinner I end up cheating after dinner. Instead I make sure I get on the eliptical or go for a walk or something to balance out the meal.

Lol sorry but its funny how we go get healthy food and then stop At a fast food place...we've all done it. Once in awhile isn't bad. But you did get healthy food so be proud of yourself for that!
