Earthlady's Journal, 12 February 2013

Yesterday wasn't a struggle, although the tiny. 100 calorie evening meal helped enormously. I slept well and woke up feeling light and energetic. I've been up an hour now and about to eat my normal breakfast. I'm feeling hungry but no more than usual.

My next "fast" day is Thursday, so two days of eating normally. In fact, according to the book, I can eat what I like on the non-fast days, but I don't think I'll be going overboard :)

1787 kcal Fat: 55.08g | Prot: 41.93g | Carb: 287.53g.   Breakfast: granola, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), banana, grapes, sunfllower seeds, coffee, honey. Lunch: light cream cheese , pesto, bread, sweet red pepper. Dinner: pancake, lemon juice, Breakfast stewed apple & prunes, ice cream, sugar. Snacks/Other: Genuine Draft Light Beer, apple, chocolate. more...
