Earthlady's Journal, 12 February 2013

Yesterday wasn't a struggle, although the tiny. 100 calorie evening meal helped enormously. I slept well and woke up feeling light and energetic. I've been up an hour now and about to eat my normal breakfast. I'm feeling hungry but no more than usual.

My next "fast" day is Thursday, so two days of eating normally. In fact, according to the book, I can eat what I like on the non-fast days, but I don't think I'll be going overboard :)


Diet Calendar Entry for 12 February 2013:
1787 kcal Fat: 55.08g | Prot: 41.93g | Carb: 287.53g.   Breakfast: honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, grapes, banana, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), granola. Lunch: sweet red pepper, pesto, light cream cheese , bread. Dinner: ice cream, Breakfast stewed apple & prunes, sugar, lemon juice, pancake. Snacks/Other: Genuine Draft Light Beer, chocolate, apple. more...
