It's time to flush out all this extra water weight I picked up from eating too many carbs this last week. I am doing 2 days of protein only and then we will see where the ketone levels lie. The weigh in will be on Wednesday as well.

The trip was a bit stressful and so even though it was nice to get a break, I am glad to be back. This week is crazy busy as I attempt to catch up on work and such.

Today I am thankful for a safe trip. I am thankful for time spent this weekend with my little dog and with my husband. I am thankful for continuing weight loss. Now I just need to find time for the gym this week.
