A salmon burger on a whole wheat muffin was the PERFECT lunch. (Ah, I also had a heart thrive cookie - perhaps a good thing to have with me when I'm at the archives next week) Anyway, took about 2 hours for me to even feel a twinge of hunger. hurrah!
