went off track the last two nights and have to stop. the key is to
a. only have a single glass of alcohol after I've eaten
b. leave enough time between what I drink and bed so that I don't have the munchies
c. avoid late night television NOW!!!!!!!!

- hungry by 9:45 after eating celery as a snack and I feel like taking a nap (after 8 hours of sleep with little interruption last night)

A salmon burger on a whole wheat muffin was the PERFECT lunch. (Ah, I also had a heart thrive cookie - perhaps a good thing to have with me when I'm at the archives next week) Anyway, took about 2 hours for me to even feel a twinge of hunger. hurrah!
