I'm really disappointed that the scale is going the WRONG way!!!! I'm going to walk this afternoon when I get home and have a Phase 1 dinner planned.. hopefully tomorrow my date with the scale will be better!

Hey there!! Don't get discouraged..It will only go up if you let it..Just remember that..I also am on Phase 1 and I have to say there have been times that have been tough but not once have I cheated. I Have however adapted to a new lifestyle of eating..The only draw back has been getting very explorative with my cooking..
