well I didn't make it to the gym on Wed. or Thur. but I went yesterday. Did my work out... feeling pretty good. Couldn't weight in the scale was missing and a sign said it was broken. I weight at the gym because I have on the same type (weight) of clothing/shoes/etc and it's about the same time each day. Hopefully the scale will be back this next week.

FOCUS in the loss you WILL have next week by missing your weigh in this week....Keep up the exercise efforts - it is SOOOOO worth it! Huggies
