Day 11...and I am beat...and my throat is killing me...I think I am getting worse again...but good news..like I said at the doctor's tomorrow...so I will see what is going on with me. ugh. I know I have been over doing it and not resting enough...i have been putting in hours at work for reports to be finished...so I think I will be cutting out early and going home...I can't really sleep as I have 3 boys...but at least I can rest comfortably in my home with pj's on :-)
My eating is up and down...not making bad choices...just probably not eating enough because I am not well. I have to update my food journal...I have slacked on it...because I am beat by the time when I get home.

Awh sweet pea! I hope you feel better soon. I was sick the second day of this diet thing and I am finally feeling normal again but I don't have three boys to keep me going, God bless you!
