To God be the Glory!!! Thank you Lord...
I just realized today that I have 79 pounds to go before I am at my weight goal. I am moved to tears as it has been long coming and a lot of frustration and putting my Family through it. I am blessed more than words and praise God I am healthy. To think, when this all started I was 295 pounds with 140 pounds to loose. 79 seems so small to me now in comparison. I have been so goal focused and so bound by feeling under accomplished that I forgot to look back to see how far God has carried me. Along the way, He has blessed me with a great family who has been extremely supportive. Going to gym with me, riding the bike and running beside me. However, He has been my legs and has given me the strength and courage when I felt fait and discouraged. Thank you all...I look forward to sharing the next 79 pounds of loss( in a healthy way) with all of you! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
