Monday, Monday, Monday...LOL Good morning!

Today is a start of a new day! I am excited to be alive and given a new chance to work on exceptional health; mind, body, soul and spirit!

So here's to all of you strugglers who have fallen off the horse get back on it and ride...What a journey; what vast self-awareness that we can fall down and get back up again! I feel so enriched by this knowledge...

Its hard to get back on once you fell off.. I fell off 4months ago.. 10 lbs later.. I'm gettin back on the wagon! Its easier puttin it on.. LOL.. Hope you're doing well!
