3 things: One - Yup, Harringtonkt is right...it's harder when you're older! I'm 42 and I can look at food and gain weight now!
Two - thanks for commenting a while back on my entries. I haven't logged in for awhile so I didn't see. Did you end up checking out Fitday.com? I am now using Myfooddiary.com which is $9 a month but so far I like it. I figure it's worth it.
Three - thanks for recommending that book. I'm definitely going to check it out!
