Though I haven't actually tried many diets simply because I can't last more than a day, I certain know about most of them. I started entering my nutrition/calorie intake online, and somehow that motivated me to really just not want to 'ruin' my day be eating too many calories. So instead of following a famous diet, I am now simply trying to eat between 1200 and 1450 calories a day. Also, I've added exercise, doing aerobic and strength training, just at home. I'm too busy for a gym. I own several exercise tapes the key was finding one that I liked so that I would actually do it! For me it's Hip Hop Abs. Sometimes TurboJam. We'll see how it goes but for the first time for as long as I can remember, I feel in control of my eating.
