I am so excited. This Shangra-La works like a dream.
I weighed myself just now and the scale reads 144 lbs. That's at night. The time I weigh heaviest each day. This morning I would swear the scale read 142 lbs.
God, I am going to be such a damn happy camper when I hit 120 lbs. I feel like tap dancing on a rainbow. *grin*
To anyone hesitant about Shangra-La - go for it! It WORKS.
