BuffyBear's Journal, 17 May 2014

I am ready to start again.

First step will be to record everything - even if I'm not happy with the totals.

Second step will be to not get so frustrated when things don't go perfectly. I'm working a lot of 10 hour days. My schedule is totally unpredictable. Will just have to learn how to deal with it the best I can.

Third step will to be to rely more on my buddies. If I could do this by myself I'd be skinny already.

Buffy, hang in there....life happens. Work, family, friends, responsibilities of all sorts, also all sorts of interests in our lives. The world goes on, and on.....I know in the upcoming weeks my plans will be sabotaged by work, grandkid's sports, my yard and gardens (an addiction of mine), mud runs, other things I want to do, spring and summer are just dang busy. Life happens and it's really hard to fit everything in, I know I cannot. We will still be here for you, we also might have things that interrupt our commitments to get healthy, track, eat well, exercise. So, get over feeling bad and just do what's good for you...

Grins...yup. Just spent 6hours after 2hours last night putting a new gas grill together.... I sure hope it works. Should have spent a few more $$ and bought a different one assembled!!! Drank a few beers in the process to keep me calm...:))) might not kill me, but I did it!!! Old women's lib attitude coming through!! Good for the psyche..
