i am a 50 year young housewife of 27 years,mother of 4,grandmother of 3 4th due in nov. from ohio.when i met my husband i weighed 98lbs.after years of bad food choices and couch sitting i weighed 210lbs. july 18,2011 at my last doc visit.i have done the yoyo diet plan a bunch.gave up about 2 months in.the thing that is different this time is #1.doc said the word diabetis,put me on meds(like i need more)and #2.i never used a support group before.i am excited to get online to report my progress and find encouragement.i dont expect to see 98lbs again but with hard work and patience i will become healthy again!
10/14/12 feel great about my body at 167lbs. very motivated and i know the key is for me to eat low carb,exercise everyday,lots of water and especially FS!!!!!
