Tired...just tired... When the kids are home workout are like a fantasy :( They are literally running around the house yelling or my son likes to ride/scoot his little bike around. I think it is coffee time...yea coffee sounds good. I have no more soda in my house so that can't tempt me...

Had my cheat day yesterday and honestly I think one cheat day every 2 weeks on payday isn't too bad. I am literally running around like a crazy person anyway so I might as well eat what I want that one day.

Anyways, got a dr appt Monday which I'm dreading because he's kinda an ass about me being fat...He is the one that demanded I do Atkins when I first moved to the area almost 3 years ago...It worked pretty well until I quit (duh) but now I don't have a gallbladder and it has made pretty much all food my enemy. He still pushes Atkins then I remind him I don't have a gallbladder and he basically says "Well you have to do something" Apparently he doesn't like that I hit 250lbs...

Oh well, life goes on....time to make coffee and maybe funnel it down my throat...

If you have it planned for every two weeks, and you are compensating the day before or after, then it is not a cheat. If you're following a plan, it's never a cheat. But, the word "cheat" may make a part of you feel badly about it, so I recommend you call it "my planned indulgent day". We sabotage ourselves so often by using pejorative words to describe our actions. I admire anybody who raises kids. I don't know how you do it!

"my planned indulgent day" I like it! Both of my kids have ASD and I am a homemaker so sometimes I even wonder how I do it lol

Is it the fat content of food that bothers you now? If so you can still eat lean protein and non starchy veggies to lose weight in a healthy way.

It is honestly all food that bothers me...Veggies fruits lean meats fat all of it but I am still trying to work on only healthy foods even though they all hurt my stomach. I'm allergic to wheat anyway so I have been trying top have very little of that. But if I stopped eating/drinking everything that bothered my body I would literally starve lol

Would it be weird to do a jar that I put money is every week for every pound I lose (weekly weigh-ins)...and then when I reach my goal I can use that money for whatever I want...If I make it to where I want that would be 120 pounds. It's not like it would break me because I know it will take a long time to reach that goal...
