IM BACK. Hi Had fab Holidays, Ate healthy but DRINK made up for rest, My pal enjoys her drink, Im not used to drinking so much and I had wine for dinner, beers and I did have bout 6 cocktails, but only think is as Im not used to so much drink Somenights ended up getting sick.

FOODWISE, every morning had my porridge, 1 morning had a fry, but it was only 1 sausage, fried egg, beans and a rasher, 1 bread. Frys work weird in my system, 10 mins after I eat it, Im in bathroom, thats the reason I had it.

DINNERS, all healthy, worse thing i had was Fatija's and had none of the sauces, had only 1 dessert, and that was Lychees, so thats ok, Had Japenesse 2 nights, lovely, ate fish most other nights. Had only 1 ice-cream,

EXERCISE, I swam everyday, most days before breakfast, and before I had lunches, I also had very light lunches, bought 1 and 2 point crackers and light cheese, so Im hoping not to have gained but know I have.

Going try get in town later and weigh myself but tired and mite wait till tomorrow,

Only down-part of holidays was the seats on plane were tight for me, had no problem with seatbelt but made a promise to myself, never again. I did not have that proplem in June, so going keep swimming up and more serious about going abroad for surgery, this just made it all more real to me, Im going need build up courage about the actual operation as it will have to be abroad,far to expensive in Ireland for me.

Welcome Back! It sounds like you had a lovely vacation and glad to hear you even incorporated exercise into...that's always a problem for me.
