When I divorced I seemed to lose weight the unhealthy way, but it brought wonderful results, however: I met a wonderful man and amazingly enough...we both love to eat so welcome back 20lbs. It seemed to just sneek up on me so i'm giving the SBD a shot and after the first 5 days I feel absolutely amazing, I hope it continues but I know it will be a struggle at times. Good luck to everyone and even if we falter, we will continue to move forward....OK so to update the weight seemed to increase back up to 193 and I felt enough was enough. It's tough to diet or watch what you eat when you are with someone who loves to snack, I decided that I wanted to get back into the pants I am wearing in the picture which was taken at the Grand Canyon and I weighed 158lbs...oh to be there again! but wait!!! I will...!

Spaghetti Squash with Cheese and Vegetables
Using spaghetti squash this is a veggie rich, cheesy casserole, almost like a lasagna and is a lower calorie alternative.

yikes
We all have times like that just re-group and move forward even if it takes a few tries...don't get frustratred or be too hard on yourself, you've done so much with your weight loss and should continue to be proud of your acomplishments.

Tomorrow is always another day! Maybe you can set some mini-goals that will be easier to focus on...

Chin up and come out with full force...you'll get there!

I`m desperate. What should I do?
I think the only choice you have is to dump him...I can't imagine him being so perfect that he can make that kind of statement, besides aren't our significant others supposed to love us no matter what? Your much better than him!

YES
Hang in there all your hard work will pay off...I started 2 weeks ago and only began posting again here last Friday and up to that point I lost Nothing...yes very frustrating. The thing i've done over the last week is I wrote everthing down that I ate and found that the little nibbles and tastes were doing me in, amazing how they add up, so I stopped (weigh-in is tomorrow but I checked today and i'm down 6-lbs). Take it one day at a time and stay focused...good luck!
