hay all i promised you i would try to update as much as i could in 1 week so here is my update i am trying to cut out as much junk food as i can but lately i have been eating on the run like when i take my hubby to the drs i take soda and a peice of fruit i know it should be water but any way i am makeing small changes and small changes add up to be big ones in the future any way i am ok hubby could be doing better but he isnt any way i love you all so much love shelly

You're right little changes make big ones in the long run. I hope you are taking care of yourself too. I used to drink alot of diet pepsi and I have cut wayyyyy back. Have you tried the flavored waters? I hope hubby shows some improvements. Take care.

Even though soda is not the best for you, try switching to diet, caffeine free. It helps tremendously!
