I SURVIVED

Grads all came looking beautiful, Konrad handsome in his suit and his fancy blue waistcoat and cravat, he had designed it with a sprinkling of diamonds (sounds very flashy but turned out really lovely). (I will post pics)
Well, all visitors are gone, and yes I’ve resisted so far, not even a drop of wine, I defrosted soup, Id made last week, and had 2 bits bread and wafer thin ham slice, with it, and after every1 gone, except family, I had a 1 egg + (3whites) omelette and 2 toast, its a lot of bread for me, but just had nothing else planned. (This is where Planning is so important). At bout 12 Im putting on cocktail sausages and chicken for "the starving Masses" for when they come back about 3am, There is only bout 12 coming back, but all lovely kids, all together since Crèche, all finding it a bit hard going separate colleges and work. The Limo tonight was beautiful. We were joking that when I reach my Target, we would hire 1 for a day and Travel to Cork to Dublin in it. Ah THE DREAMS we have.

But I would be lying if I did not admit it was the fact that my clothes were tight on me, which kept me on my food plan. It’s a long time since I’ve been so uncomfortable in my clothes, Once they were all gone I talked to my daughter in law, about my going away in end of May to get surgery, (She’s a size petite 6 and always struggling to try gain weight, even her wedding dress had to be taken in, she’s that slim) My hips are where I put my weight on and they were so bulky tonight, I hated it. I will never lose it all there without something extra being done, so Im quite serious about it.

I can highly recommend Elliptical trainers for shrinking bum, hips and legs... probably the best thing I've ever invested in buying. I've lost about 10 inches off my hips and I'm more than certain that my elliptical trainer had a lot to do with that. You'll be surprised what you can shrink through exercise... so maybe cheaper than resorting to surgery and less painful!!. Aw, I love your "dream"... but you just keep believing in yourself and that can one day become a reality!! Glad to hear you had a lovely get together and you just keep up the great work. :o)

Thank you very much for advice and i'll start training after hols, mite hire 1 of them instead, I cant hint for anymore early Xmas presents, hinting enough for the Wii. My Kids dad in hong kong, asking Konrad if he would hint about a Wii for me from his family. Normally they send me lovely jewellery and last time he had to drag the most beautiful Lamp for me,(to his disgust he had to carry it all the way over) so a Wii would be much lighter, Ha Ha

Aw, I'd love a Wii too... lol, maybe I will have to start hinting too!!! :o) Think they've come down a in price quite a bit... but I'm sure still would be much, much cheaper out in Hong Kong. Hee-hee... I've already hinted at Anais-Anais perfume when my hubby flies back from Cyprus next week and any more pressies he wants to bring me home! I bought my elliptical through a catalogue a few years ago... so was good I could pay for monthly. Space is the main downfall... ours is in our lounge!! But saying that, it's good for watching TV, I'd get totally bored otherwise. :o)

Sounds like a great time, that is very nice. I too have an elliptical and it is the best 20 minute work-out ever! It is so good for losing the inches from the waist down, really tightens and tones those problem areas and realtively quickly. My problem is my heart can't keep up with my legs so I go for less time than I'd like but I still see amazing results. We just got a Wii in August. It is a great family game, lots of fun when the kids are all home. It also has some fun workouts on Wii FIT. I just haven't had the time I'd like to get to try all of it out. That will be my winter project!
