I am so happy I lost 4 pounds. I have been trying to stick to 1200 calories a day. I look at my diary entries and I see that I really eat a lot of snacks and a lot of carbs. This is working for now but I think the reason I yo-yo so much is that I eat too many snacks. Right now I am in control of the snacking but usually all those snacks are high calorie.

Congrats on the loss! Try to start eating a bigger breakfast. You'll be fuller from the get-go, and probably won't snack so much. That said, I schedule in a snack around 9:30 and one around 3:00 every day. That way I won't be too hungry at mealtime and overeat. Good luck! You're doing a great job!

Yep! One of the great things about SB in general is that it REQUIRES those snacks. You have to so you do not feel like you are starving and over eat at meals. Healthy snacks are a good thing, just redirect your munchies to healthy eating. If you are a salty snacker like me I just found some VERY good tasting Soy Crisps by a company called Glenny's I have tried the Ranch and the Bar-B-Que so far. Low cal, high prtein and low fat. Even the carbs are not bad especially since they are soy based.

I know I should be eating a bigger breakfast. I am so rushed in the morning that I run out of the house without eating -- very bad. What I list for breakfast (usually fiber one bar) I usually don't eat until 12:00. I will have to work my time issues a little better. I do love the soy chips but it has 2 servings in the bag and I am not that good at self control. Thanks for the advice and encouragement!!!
