Switch again. Going to try the new Weight Watchers. Bought the new calculator -- I love gadgets. I love the fact that I can eat a banana without feeling guilty.

No time like the present to start a diet. I am heavier than I have been in a long time and I don't like it. Nothing in my closet fits. It's Halloween and I have a load of candy sitting in my refrigerator. If the trick or treaters don't eat it I am taking it to work and let everyone else eat it. Right now I am going shopping and stocking up on healthy foods that I can enjoy.

Already have the I can't do this anymore. I miss my carbs. I was doing fine until I went back to work. When I am home I feel like I am in more control about when and what I eat. I have to do better packing snacks but not sure what to pack and when I will have a chance to eat. By the time I get home I am usually famished and that starts by downward spiral.
