Directions
- Brown turkey in pan.
- Drain fat and put turkey in large stockpot.
- Simmer vegetables in turkey fat, ad to stockpot.
- Add all remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered over low heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Large crock pot? Would that be like a 6.5 qt capacity? (i.e, is a serving size really 3 cups?) Whatever the case may be this was really good.
