A yummy take for a Mexican dinner.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl except for cheese and sour cream.
- Mix together well.
- Form into patties, should make four (size to preference).
- Put in to lightly greased frying pan. Cook at medium heat turning once half way through cooking. Cook till done to your liking.
- When burgers are almost done, put cheese on top and cover until melted. Remove from heat and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
- Note: a great meal when served with Mexican Jumping Beans!

FYI : I use tammed jalepeno peppers that come in a jar. If you are planning on using fresh ones, you may wnat to use less. Depends on how spicy you would like it.
