Basmati Rice with Beef

Low-sugar dish, inspired by Indian cuisine.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Simmer ground beef in a pan and drain fat. Set aside.
  2. Wash rice until the water is clean and cook in a rice cooker.
  3. Sauté onions until translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and jalapeño. Stir well.
  4. Put in tomato slices and mix well. Season to taste.
  5. Add cooked ground beef and heat it on high for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
  6. Stir in rice until everything is combined.
