Spiced Apple Chips

Delicious homemade dried apple chips.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 °F (120 °C).
  2. Slice apples very thinly, discarding both ends.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice, place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 2 hours, turning apple slices every half hour.
  5. Seal in airtight container.
