Spiced Apple Chips

Delicious homemade dried apple chips.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 °F (120 °C).
  2. Slice apples very thinly, discarding both ends.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice, place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 2 hours, turning apple slices every half hour.
  5. Seal in airtight container.

These are great snacks for anytime of the day. I love adding a little cinnamon to top for added flavor.

Awesome snack, sprinkle steevia and cinnamon on top before placing in oven for an even sweeter chip.

I've made these about 4 or 5 times and totally love them. I sprinkle them with cinnamon and a little big of sugar to make them even better.
