One of my favorite desserts! I use a bit more sweetener and add a touch of vanilla extract to mine. I'd like to try it with almond extract too, which tastes like cherries to me. Yummy!!!

Carb wise this is not acceptable for induction. Also not acceptable because it is a sweet. Low fat and non fat items almost always have more carbs than regular fat. I would use 4% cottage cheese instead of the ricotta. I am also thinking that it would be better to use a flavoring instead of the cocoa because it would mix better. Remember to check the labels on the flavorings...some have sugar added.
