Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until firm.

I got this off a site for South Beach recipes. It doesn't make many, but you are only supposed to have two a day on South Beach anyways. Tell me what ya'll think. I haven't actually made it myself yet. Bad me.

These are fantastic! I made them without nuts to lower the carb amount. They are a great substitute for the real thing!

I tried these without the nuts and I think the nuts are needed in this recipe to keep them from tasting so "eggy." Overall a great chocolate fix!

Still high in sugar for Gastric Bypass. How many cooking is in 1 serving. It would be a nice alternative when you just need some sweets. There are also some ways you can better the recipe. Use SF or NSA semi sweet chips, and SF or NSA cocoa.
