Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients except egg whites.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
  4. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks.
  5. Fold in egg whites using a spatula.
  6. Cook in a waffle iron until golden.
