Protein Blueberry Muffins

A delicious post-workout snack.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fill each muffin tin with the batter then put in blueberries.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
